Firstly, locate Options in a horizontal line to the upper-left corner to shoot down penguins appear from behind. Next, go down to the bottom and then cross over the legs carefully and quickly.
Beware that there're penguins appear from behind the screen to the left, both at the upper and lower ceilings. Take a short break and wait for the appearance of this (in Picture 6) penguin. Follow (and destory) it quickly and move on to the right. Once you did it, you're almost done to meet the boss.
Finally, position Options right below the upper ceiling and locate Vic Viper exactly at this position. Could be no further movement required from now on, if the position is correct. All you have to do is just keep on shooting.

It looks like dangerous but try not to move unless a bullet is going to hit you, or Options will be dismissed and hence lost the advantage of this tactics.
